Gilbert Homeowners – Temps are rising!

As the temperatures are starting to rise in the valley of the sun, it is highly recommend you have your HVAC system serviced before summer is fully upon us.

Having your Gilbert home HVAC system in its top running condition could save you hundreds of dollars.

Gilbert homeowners, when is the last time you had your HVAC serviced?  In the valley of the sun it is recommended that homeowners have their HVAC serviced twice a year and change your filters once a month.

Gilbert homeowners, now is also a great time for “spring cleaning”.

  • When is the last time you went through your refrigerator and pantry to checked expiration dates?
  • How about giving your windows & screens a good washing before the Monsoon season starts?
  • With the holidays over have you de-cluttered your garage and put away all those decorations?
  • Before closing up the windows for the summer, how about dusting off those lights & ceiling fans?
  • Have you thought “I need to clean out those closets”?
  • With pool parties approaching, how about getting the patio & outdoor furniture ready for the swim season?
  • Taking a moment to sit and relax and just noticed those dusty baseboards?
  • Could it not also be a good time to clean out those kitchen cabinets that fight you when you need a pot or pan?

Spring and “springtime” is often referred to as the season of  rejuvenation and re-growth.    What better time than now to get your Gilbert home cleaned up and refreshed for the coming rising temperatures in Gilbert.

I not only want to be there to help with your real estate needs, I also want to share important information to help you enjoy your Gilbert home.

Spring is in the air…. Spring Training that is!

With spring training games happening all over the valley I’m sure you have seen more out of state visitors and baseball fans out and about.

Spring training has been part of the valley since 1947 with just two teams.  Today, there are 15 teams that use the Phoenix metro area as their spring training destination.

Baseball fans from all over the country come to the valley not only to see their favorite players but also enjoy the beautiful weather that we have and leave the snow behind.  With park locations often in driving distance of one another, baseball fans look to enjoy games, shopping and eating along with the beautiful desert scenery and excitement of the old west.

The valley is recognized for not only its beautiful weather this time of year, but also for all the outdoor activities that baseball fans can enjoy while visiting.  There are several hiking & biking trails, lake recreations, horseback riding and let’s not forget golfing.

This spring is exciting with the grand opening of the new Cubs training site in Mesa with its 15,000 seat facility.

Have you been thinking about selling your home in Chandler, Gilbert or Mesa, but not sure if you should wait till school is out?

Wait no more! Let those baseball fans that are visiting the east valley see the sign in your front yard or read about your listing while on the way to a game.

I often receive calls from folks visiting and fall in love with the weather and look of homes and ask about purchasing a primary or secondary home.

New RE/MAX Website Is Now Live

Re/Max LLC has relaunched the company’s website with a simplified user interface and data on more than 87 million properties nationwide — both homes for sale and previously sold.

Remax.com is “mobile-ready and tablet-friendly,” and the company claims it’s the first franchisor to provide a consistent Web experience across desktops, tablets and smartphones.

Users can tap and swipe through oversized photos of property listings — a “Quiet Mode” even allows them to turn off other content on a page to focus on the large-scale images. Lead forms for Re/Max agents are prominently displayed on listing detail pages.

The remax.com home page continually updates to reflect the user’s search pattern and preferences. Users can save listings and share them via social networks, ranking them based on their desirability.
